We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked full refund for requests made before the service has been initiated.
Once a performer is assigned to a service, it is considered initiated.
Customers will be given an estimated completion time during the purchase process on the website. This estimate is usually given in a range, such as 1-5 days. The “Estimated Time” is the upper limit of this range. Please note that ETA means Estimated Time and not Definite Time.
Customers are entitled to a refund only after DOUBLE the Estimated Time has passed and the service has not been fulfilled, if a service is deemed to have been initiated. In this case, any refund will only apply to the portion of the service that was not completed. SkipTheGrind.Online and the customer will agree on the level of service fulfillment based on reasonable evidence.
In certain circumstances, SkipTheGrind.Online reserves the right to issue partial cash and partial credit refunds instead of full cash refunds.
We also reserve the right to offer discretionary or voluntary refunds in cases where we determine, in our sole discretion, that such action is appropriate.
Exchange of service
We understand that circumstances change and that you may want to alter the service you requested. If the service has not been initiated yet, we offer the option to modify the service you require.
If the service has been initiated, you may request for a partial refund or use the refund credit to pay for a different service.
Instead of a cash refund, we also offer a STG Credit. The value of 1 STG Credit is 1 Eur.
STG credit cannot be transferred nor redeemed for cash and may only be used to purchase services on the site.
