Experience Points is our loyalty program’s currency that customers earn when they make a purchase. Each purchase earns a customer a set amount of Experience, and as they accumulate more, they level up within our loyalty program.

The more Experience a customer earns, the higher their level and the better the rewards they will unlock. LEVELS
Our loyalty program offers multiple Levels that customers can progress through as they accumulate more Experience. Each level comes with its own set of rewards, with higher levels offering more significant benefits.
As customers earn Experience with their purchases, they can level up within the program, unlocking access to better rewards along the way. Customers can track their progress towards the next level and view their current level status when they log into their account.

DIAMONDS
Diamonds are a valuable currency within our loyalty program, providing customers with additional ways to earn rewards and access exclusive benefits. As customers accumulate Diamonds, they can use them to purchase Experience to level up faster within our loyalty program or unlock higher ranks to access even more rewards. Diamonds can also be used to purchase STG credits, which can be redeemed for discounts, free items, or other benefits.
RANKS
The program consists of five different Ranks – Scout, Sergeant, Lieutenant, General, Champion, and finally Warlord. Customers begin as Scouts and can progress through the ranks by leveling up.
As customers advance through the ranks, their lifetime discount increases, allowing them to save even more on their favorite services.
Achievements
Our loyalty program features an achievement system that rewards customers for specific actions they take on our website. Achievements provide customers with additional diamonds, allowing them to earn even more rewards and benefits within our loyalty program.
