What happens after purchase?

A friend request is not necessary for us to talk if you are a member of our WoW community and our Discord server, however, if you prefer you can always add us directly.

When will you start my service?

One of our top goals is to get your order completed as fast as possible! This means that we will do our best to assign and complete your order as quickly as we can. In most cases, orders are completed faster than ETA.

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival, for us this is the estimated time of when your service will be completed from the time of purchase. Each service has its own ETA which can depend on the service itself as well as extra options that might have selected. Our goal is to always complete orders faster than ETA. Our system as well as years of experience allow us to do this.

What is your general refund policy?

Our complete refund policy can be found here. You can always request a cash refund for a service that has not started yet. We consider service started only once it has been assigned to the booster. In case service has started but you have changed your mind and would want a different service instead we are always there to help.

EU: For accounts on the EU Servers.
US: For accounts on the US Servers.

Self-Play: Play with our boosters during the boost.
Piloted: Our booster will log in to your account and play your character during the boost.
Remote Control: Piloted boost method without sharing login details through our secure solution, which uses trusted software for remote access. The game runs on your computer, letting you watch live actions and keep your credentials safe while the booster interacts only with the game, ensuring you maintain full control.

Manaforge Normal Runs: Select this option if you want your bundle to be built with Normal Raid Runs.
Manaforge Heroic Runs: Picking this option, you will get Heroic Raid Runs in your Bundle.
Manaforge Mythic Runs: By selecting this option, you will get Mythic Raid Runs in your Bundle.

Buy 3 and Get 1 FREE: With this option, you get one FREE raid run of the difficulty that you have selected.

Not-timed. Our boosters will complete the dungeon without beating the timer.
Timed. Our boosters will beat the timer when completing the dungeon. This guarantees getting a higher-level Keystone and 2 pieces of loot for the group.
For Keys +6 and above, in selfplay mode, participation is required. Our boosters will always attempt to time any key that was purchased with timed option. However, for higher keys in time is not guaranteed. In case the time was not achieved you can choose to join one more attempt or get refund for timed option in STG credit.

I need loot traders: With this option, you can include traders to your group. Traders are players who use the same armor type as you and can trade you all the items they get.
