- Rank 1. Players that have achieved Rank 1 multiple times.
- Tournament Player. Players that have attended multiple tournaments including BlizzCon.
- Celebrity Pro. Popular PvP players that you might know from streams or forums.
- NUMBER OF HOURS
- Number of hours. Amount of time for how much you want to hire your personal mentor.
- DELIVERY
- Normal. The service will be assigned within the day.
- Express. ETA will be reduced by 20%.
- Super Express. Your order will be a top priority. We will ensure that service starts within 30 minutes if purchased during the prime time for the region.

- We will plan your one pro for your team coaching service according to your schedule preference. You may contact us anytime if you have any questions.
- You will be in direct contact with your mentor and able to arrange time that will work for you.

Our complete refund policy can be found here. You can always request a cash refund for a service that has not started yet. We consider service started only once it has been assigned to the booster.
