As a Non-Voice Customer Support Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Email and Chat Support. Respond promptly and professionally to customer and booster inquiries via email and chat platforms, and address issues, account-related queries, and gameplay concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Coordination with Boosters. Collaborate closely with customers and boosters to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, and assist with order management, ensuring timely delivery and resolution.
• Social Media and Forum Engagement. You may also be asked to monitor social media channels and forums and engage with the community by responding to comments, questions, and discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in English: Excellent written communication skills are essential.
• Gaming Experience: You should have played or currently play World of Warcraft (WoW), Diablo IV and/or League of Legends.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Discord for communication. Experience with WordPress (for order management) is advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Brevo (live chat) and Google Sheets.
• Customer Support Background (Preferred): While not required, prior experience in a customer support role is beneficial. Ability to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Reliable Setup: Own a computer with a fast and stable internet connection.
